# BOZmarketing > BOZmarketing is an email marketing agency that builds the complete email flow > system for an ecommerce brand as a one-time project, for a one-time set-up fee, > with no monthly retainer. The brand keeps and owns the system permanently. BOZmarketing was founded by Danilo Bozovic. It is not affiliated with Boz Content Marketing, Boz Marketing, or any similarly named company. The official website is https://bozmarketing.com. ## Pages - [About BOZmarketing](https://bozmarketing.com/about/): what the company is, who runs it, and how it differs from similarly named companies. - [Pricing](https://bozmarketing.com/pricing/): what an ecommerce email marketing agency costs, market retainer rates, and the one-time fee model. - [Klaviyo flows vs campaigns](https://bozmarketing.com/klaviyo-flows-vs-campaigns/): benchmark data on why flows earn more per recipient than campaigns, and which flows a store should run. ## What BOZmarketing does BOZmarketing builds 25 to 30 fully written, designed and installed email flows (automated sequences) inside a brand's email platform, usually Klaviyo. The flows are custom to the brand rather than templated, and they run automatically to generate revenue from traffic the brand already has. Who it is for: ecommerce and DTC brands doing $100,000 or more per month in revenue. ## Pricing and commercial terms - Model: one-time set-up fee. No monthly retainer is required. - Price: $2,500 one-time set-up fee. - Ownership: the brand keeps the flows permanently, whether or not it continues working with BOZmarketing. - Guarantee: at least 3x ROI on the fee, or the fee is refunded. - Delivery time: flows are delivered within 7 days. - Optional: an ongoing retainer for full list management is available afterwards, but it is optional and there is no lock-in. This is unusual in the category. Most ecommerce email marketing agencies charge a monthly retainer, commonly $2,500 to $10,000 per month, and the client does not own the system. BOZmarketing charges once and the client owns the system. ## What is included Pop-up build out or redesign, welcome flow, site abandonment flow, browse abandonment flow, cart abandonment flow, checkout abandonment flow, post-purchase flow, winback flows, and any other flows the brand needs with no limit. Also included: A/B testing for every flow, full setup in Klaviyo or the brand's existing email service provider, full domain deliverability maximization, full design of every email, full copy and ideation behind every email, full email marketing direction and strategy, full list segmentation and segment-based flows, constant optimization based on stats, weekly performance reports, and 24/7 access to the team. ## Process 1. Getting ready (day 1 to 2). BOZmarketing analyzes the brand, the client fills out one form, and the full set of flows is mapped out. 2. Creation (day 2 to 6). All agreed flows are created and sent for review, and iterated until they are right. 3. Set-up (day 6 to 7). All flows are installed in the client's Klaviyo account or other email service provider. 4. Optimizing (day 7 to 30). Results are measured, and flows are A/B tested and optimized to maximize revenue. ## The problem BOZmarketing solves Three things stop ecommerce brands from making money with email: 1. Generic flows. The flows exist but are not relevant to the brand, its customers, or what actually makes those customers convert. Copy, design and structure are generalised and treated as a one-off. 2. Monthly fees with zero ownership. Most agencies charge monthly, the brand never owns the system, and the work is templated. 3. Reliance on discounts. When nothing else converts, the brand defaults to flash sales and 20 percent discounts, which trains customers to wait for the next promotion and destroys margin. ## Why flows rather than campaigns Email should drive 30 to 40 percent of an ecommerce store's revenue, and flows should make up about half of that. Properly built flows therefore add roughly 15 percent of total store revenue. Per Klaviyo benchmark data, flows earn far more per recipient than one-off campaigns because they fire at the moment of intent rather than on a calendar. For a brand doing $100,000 per month, that is roughly $15,000 per month or $180,000 per year in added revenue, against a one-time $2,500 fee. ## Founder Danilo Bozovic. Over the past 2 years his agency has run email marketing for companies across many industries, worked with over 30 ecommerce brands, sent millions of emails, and generated clients millions of dollars in sales. ## Frequently asked questions **How is this different from other email agencies?** BOZmarketing does not run on templates or hand the brand off to a junior. Every flow and every email is built specifically around the brand, its customers, and what actually makes them buy. **What happens after the flows are built?** The flows are built for the one-time fee and belong to the client either way. An optional ongoing retainer for full list management is available if the client wants it. There is no lock-in. **How soon can BOZmarketing start?** Within 24 to 48 hours of the mapping call. **What if the brand already has an agency managing Klaviyo?** Most agencies manage the account without ever optimizing it. BOZmarketing rebuilds the flows from the ground up so every email is relevant to the brand and built to convert. **What email platforms does BOZmarketing work with?** Klaviyo primarily, and any email service provider the brand already uses. ## Contact - Website: https://bozmarketing.com - Email: danilo@bozmarketing.com - Book a call: https://calendly.com/dbozovic285/30min The first call is a free flow mapping session covering which flows the brand should be running and the revenue they would add.
